Fat people are at high risk for a heart attack, but if you are skinny, but you eat very unhealthy, you are at higher risk for a heart attack. People who are skinny have the feeling that they are ALLOWED to eat unhealthy because they do not gain weight from it. But what doesnt store as fat (pop tarts, pudding, cereal, unhealthy foods) that do not become fat inside the body makes up for in cholesteral. So, a skinny person who eats unhealthy has higher cholesteral and higher risk of a heart attack than a fat person. Children with a skinny body and eat unhealthy are also at a VERY HIGH risk for heart attack because their bodies are still growing. Beware, of heart attack. Prevent one by eating healthy and excersize. You may be skinny, but your cholesteral is horrible, watch out for thosse unhealth foods: mac $ cheese, mcdonalds, fast food, pizza, chocolate, candy, pop tarts, bread, certain cereals(lucky charms, captain crunch, cinnimon toast crunch), and many more unhealthy food that can disguise its self as the deadly cholesteral. EAT HEALTHY ESPECIALLY AT AGES 10 TO 15! ![]()
