My Message to the World

My name is Jeremy from Richmond Québec.
This website is for all of the people who don’t know who George Crum is. George Crum was the inventor of the potato chip and if you calculate, he was 33 years old when he made his first potato chip. The first bag of potato chip was 94 cents when he first started to sell them. They were sold at the Fancy Moon’s hotel.


The reason he invented the potato chip is because one day at the fancy Moos hotel when a very fussy costumer was eating she said that the fries where to thick and sent them back for the fifth time and George Crum was getting sick of it so he cut the fries as thin as he could and fried them and then sent them out and the customer was satisfied. And loved the new idea and George Crum stared selling them as a potato chip.
