Protist are multicellular and single organisms that are plant like, animal like and, fungi like. there are twelve phyla in the Protist kingdom. Protist elvolves from bacteria and represent intermediate in the evolution of the other kingdoms. The links are the scientificname, while the common name is in perentheses. There are three groups they are plant-like, animal-like, and lastly fungi-like.
