Welcome to my sea otter website! My age is not 13, but that is the lowest the site will go. Keep checking back. I'll be adding some more fun links. I'll update the page again (I want to try to update every 1 to 2 weeks and for the rest of the week after the specialty fair)when I can figure out why it's broken. I emailed the webmaster to see if he could fix it, and I hope he does, but until then, we'll just not be able to use it.

Now for some otter-ly awesome facts:

1. Sea Otters have about one million hairs per square INCH.
2. Sea otters must eat one quarter of their body weight in food each day to stay warm.
3. Sea otters live only in the North Pacific ocean, and no longer live off the coast of Mexico.
4. Sea otters do almost everything on their backs.
5. Sea otters eat shellfish, clams, squid, octipus, sea urchins, and fish.
6. Sea otters are in the threatened category.
7. Male sea otters weigh from 45-90 pounds.
8. Female sea otters weigh from 40-60 pounds.
9. Sea otters are about 4 feet long.
10. It is now illegal to hunt sea otters.
